Layne Scoggins

Layne started his love of exercise at the age of ten with BMX racing. Things just grew from there...Punt Pass and Kick competitions, Golf, etc. You name it, Layne has played it. Layne is an ACE certified Personal Trainer, a Kaiser Spin Instructor, a USAT Level One triathlon coach and holds a Black Belt in Kung Fu.
