Group Exercise

We offer a wide variety of Group Exercise Classes!  Listed below are all the classes with links to their descriptions.  There is something for everyone from X-Treme Muscle to Yoga to Pilates to Water Fitness to Indoor Cycle. On the schedule check the location of the class and if you need to sign up in advance.  Reservations are required for classes. Log into your club account or download our app, you can reserve classes 25 hours in advance.  You can call the Service Desk or call 528-2582.

The schedule can be viewed from any page. The link is at the top and the bottom of each page.  You can also search the schedule by many different categories.
