10 Week Weight Loss Challenge - GPT


Get in shape and lose weight with our 10 week weight loss challenge. Working in a small group you will strive towards personal and group fitness goals. Certified Personal Trainers will take you through challenging workouts twice a week and will ensure that you reach your goals in a safe and effective way. You wil also be given a cardio routine to perform outside of these sessions. This program is suitable for all abilities and fitness levels, and is a great way to get in shape in a fun environment.  Limited to 8 people.
