Cherie Tung

Cherie Tung is an alignment based Hatha Yoga Therapist. She is known for her knowledgeable and light-hearted approach to yoga. Cherie has been a physical therapist for ten years specializing in geriatric therapy and was awarded the Jackson Sun's Reader's Choice for Best Physical Therapist. She has been diligently practicing yoga for five years.

Sue Freyer

Sue Freyer, the Fitness and Wellness Director, is a certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Indoor Cycle Instructor, and Pilates Trainer. She has been a Weight Watchers Leader here at the Airport Health Club. She returns to the Club after working here from 1997 - 2011. She not only served the members as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor but she has also been the Indoor Cycle Co-ordinator, Service Desk Manager and Aquatics Director.  She has years of experience in developing general health, fitness and weight loss exercise programs.

Private, semi-private and team Yoga Training is the perfect way to start or improve your practice.  Our Specialized Yoga Trainers can give you so much feedback and instruction in a small group setting.  This ensures that you are doing the postures safely and effectively.

Gwen Miller

Gwen is a C.H.E.K. (Corrective, Holistic Exercise Kinesiologist) Practitioner 111 and Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) Certified Comprehensive Pilates Trainer. Her background gives her a unique perspective on seeing the changes of the body and how best to bring those changes back to an improved alignment. Gwen also holds multiple nationally recognized personal training certifications, is a Yoga Alliance - Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
