Noah Lee

 Noah Lee is a former collegiate tennis player who completed for Whitman College and Sonoma State University. At Sonoma State he earned 2015 All-Pacwest honors in singles and doubles. He grew up in Sonoma County and has a unique passion for playing and coaching the sport. He has taught tennis individually and in groups at a variety of organizations including Napa Valley Country Club, Sonoma State University and Academia HRT. Noah is also certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer. He enjoys basketball, gymnastics and hiking. 

Devin Keller

Devin is a wrestler and rugby player.  He graduated from San Diego State. He has worked in the Physical Therapy setting as well as the Health Club setting.

Lisa Fuller

Lisa majored in Exercise Science in College. She worked in the athletic training room with injured athletes. She then worked in a Physical Therapy Clinic where she acquired her license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.  She is also certified as a Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Lisa is also certified in Pilates and has been doing that for 20 years.

Paula Smith

Paula is a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) and an ACE certified Personal Trainer. As an OT, she helps children with neuromotor,  cognitive and learning differences gain the skills and confidence they need in order to perform the many occupations (activities of daily living) of childhood. As a Personal Trainer, she designs safe and effective exercise programs for individuals seeking to manage chronic conditions, restore function and improve strength and balance.  In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, exploring farmer's market and learning how to live more sustainably.

Collin Giddings

A post collegiate swimmer with a formal education in Exercise Science. He graduated from Sonoma State and has lived in Sonoma County all of his life. Collin is also a Manual Therapist, certified in Fascial Stretch Technique. He specializes in corrective exercise and aspires to help people reach their fitness goals.

Gretchen Johnsrud

Gretchen is a NASM certified Personal Trainer whose passion for fitness is infectious. She earned her BA in Elementary Education and has translated that love of teaching into fitness. Gretchen loves to help her clients to not only meet their fitness goals, but to do things they didn't think they could do in the process. She loves hiking , trail running, cycling and pretty much anything that can be done outdoors. She is also an Indoor Cycling Instructor.

Katelyn Hackett

Katelyn holds a bachelor's degree in kinesiology. She is certified as an Exercise Physiologist from ACSM. (American College of Sports Medicine) and is a Sport Conditioning Coach from USA Olympic Weight Lifting. She has been a swimmer all her life and has been teaching competitive swimming since 2006. She has also finished a year of graduate study in exercise science working with people with a variety of special needs: stroke, Parkinsons's, cardiovascular disease, joint replacement, etc. She enjoys triathlons, judo and being out with her dogs.

Alice Rime

She is a seasoned Group Exercise Instructor, PIlates Personal Trainer and a certified Personal Trainer!  She has taught classes in our community for 30 years. She started teaching Zumba in 2008!

David McGuire

David has always led an active life with a background in competitive gymnastics and professional ballet. Along with being an NSCA certified personal trainer. David also earned a diploma and certification from the National Personal Training Institute. He is also an ISMA certified pilates instructor and sports nutrition consultant. David's passion lies in training and motivation people to meet and exceed their fitness goals, pushing themselves to the limit and being completely psyched and proud of what their bodies can do.

Whitney McMicking

She is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, a Balanced Body certified Reformer and  Pilates Mat Instructor and is certified in TRX Suspension Training. She studied Kinesiology at Sonoma State University, emphasizing in exercise science. Whitney's  knowledge of proper biomechanics and exercise physiology allow her to create safe, fun and effective workouts. She is passionate about motivating clients in their sweaty pursuits.
