Paula Smith

Paula is a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) and an ACE certified Personal Trainer. As an OT, she helps children with neuromotor,  cognitive and learning differences gain the skills and confidence they need in order to perform the many occupations (activities of daily living) of childhood. As a Personal Trainer, she designs safe and effective exercise programs for individuals seeking to manage chronic conditions, restore function and improve strength and balance.  In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, exploring farmer's market and learning how to live more sustainably.

Collin Giddings

A post collegiate swimmer with a formal education in Exercise Science. He graduated from Sonoma State and has lived in Sonoma County all of his life. Collin is also a Manual Therapist, certified in Fascial Stretch Technique. He specializes in corrective exercise and aspires to help people reach their fitness goals.

Cherie Tung

Cherie Tung is an alignment based Hatha Yoga Therapist. She is known for her knowledgeable and light-hearted approach to yoga. Cherie has been a physical therapist for ten years specializing in geriatric therapy and was awarded the Jackson Sun's Reader's Choice for Best Physical Therapist. She has been diligently practicing yoga for five years.

The Airport Health Club's Pain and Performance Clinic

Our approach is to use integrated techniques to solve your issues, and get you back functioning as soon as possible. The Club has 4  Manual Therapists Gwen Miller Hendrickson Method, anneh [at] airportclub [dot] com (Anne Henderson) Active Release Technique (A.R.T.) and Fascial Stretch Therapists Jordan Smith and colling [at] airportclub [dot] com (Collin Giddings) to help you with soft tissue concerns.  Jordan is also a Clinical Kinesiologist and Movement Therapist.

Gwen Miller

Gwen is a C.H.E.K. (Corrective, Holistic Exercise Kinesiologist) Practitioner 111 and Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) Certified Comprehensive Pilates Trainer. Her background gives her a unique perspective on seeing the changes of the body and how best to bring those changes back to an improved alignment. Gwen also holds multiple nationally recognized personal training certifications, is a Yoga Alliance - Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Anne Henderson

The first thing you will notice about Anne is that she epitomizes her passion for fitness. The second thing will most likely be her razor sharp wit and self-depreciating humor. She works hard but makes sure everyone has fun too!

Anne holds a B.S. in Behavioural Science and Health from the University of Utah. She is a certified Personal Trainer with NASM and Group Exercise Instructor through AFAA (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America). Anne also is a Manual Therapist certified in Active Release Technique (A.R.T.). She is also a certified Kickboxing Instructor.
