Sarah O'Donnell

Sarah fell in love with PIlates while serving as an Officer in the Navy but really saw the power of Pilates while utilizing it soley to rehab after bilateral knee surgeries. She left the military and corporate world to pursue her passion for Pilates and help others gain the strength, flexibility and endurance to live their best life. She is Stott Pilates Matwork and Reformer certified and has a Bachelor of Science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Amy Wagner

Amy fell in love with Pilates over a decade ago and has been practicing religiously ever since. She is certified in both Mat 1 and Mat 2 levels as well as Reformer levels 1 and 2. 

Cherie Tung

Cherie Tung is an alignment based Hatha Yoga Therapist. She is known for her knowledgeable and light-hearted approach to yoga. Cherie has been a physical therapist for ten years specializing in geriatric therapy and was awarded the Jackson Sun's Reader's Choice for Best Physical Therapist. She has been diligently practicing yoga for five years.

Erin Buchanan

Erin marries her love for Pilates and her 20+ years of experience as a registered nurse to promote health, well being and functionality in everyday life. She has been a fitness nut for over 25 years with experience in most all forms of exercise, but she found her true passion when she started doing Pilates 13 years ago. She is Balanced Body trained in Mat and all apparatus. Erin delights in helping others feel better and be more functional in their bodies.

Sue Freyer

Sue Freyer, the Fitness and Wellness Director, is a certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Indoor Cycle Instructor, and Pilates Trainer. She has been a Weight Watchers Leader here at the Airport Health Club. She returns to the Club after working here from 1997 - 2011. She not only served the members as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor but she has also been the Indoor Cycle Co-ordinator, Service Desk Manager and Aquatics Director.  She has years of experience in developing general health, fitness and weight loss exercise programs.

Colleen Bent

Colleen is Pilates Mat Certified by Pysical Mind Institute and Pilates Equipment Certified by Madeline Black. Colleen is also a certified Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer. She has been teaching Pilates for 8 years and ballet for 27. Colleen brings an instinctive knowledge of human movement to her work and specializes in functional body mechanics.

Gwen Miller

Gwen is a C.H.E.K. (Corrective, Holistic Exercise Kinesiologist) Practitioner 111 and Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) Certified Comprehensive Pilates Trainer. Her background gives her a unique perspective on seeing the changes of the body and how best to bring those changes back to an improved alignment. Gwen also holds multiple nationally recognized personal training certifications, is a Yoga Alliance - Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Dahdri McCormick

Dahdri is a certified Group Exercise Instructor, Pilates Trainer, Aqua Fitness Instructor  and Personal Trainer! She has a B.S. in Food Science and Nutrition from San Diego State University.  Dahdri specializes in functional core stabilization training and is the creator of the FItcore and Hardcore programs.

Mind & Body

Pilates/Yoga/Meditation

We offer Personal Training in all four; Yoga, Pilates and Meditation. We provide one-on-one sessions, semi-private and group sessions. Occasionally we offer special Team Trainings. Our Personal Trainers and Instructors are highly skilled and experienced in their specialized disciplines.

New to the Club is Therapeutic Yoga with Cherie Tung, Physical Therapist and Yoga Instructor.  See flyer below.
