Josh Rasmussen

Josh has a NASM Personal Trainer certification.  Josh has been active in sports all his life.  He played baseball and basketball then fell into cycling.  He is both a road and mountain biker and competes in mountain biking.

Gina Wright

Gina is a certified Personal Trainer, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist, Indoor Cycle, Pilates Mat and TRX Instructor.

Kim Rosales

Kim is a certified Personal Trainer and Instructor with NASM. She is passionate about health and fitness and loves to hike in the Sierras. She loves to cook, entertain especially with her large loving family.

Tiffani Canevari

Tiffani is a NASM certified Personal Trainer. She is passionate about health and fitness and loves to work with people to improve posture and mobility through functional exercise and strength training. She has a B.S. is chemistry and has been a member of the club most of her life.  Tiffany is also an avid rock climber and has been teaching climbing since 2007.

Devin Keller

Devin is a wrestler and rugby player.  He graduated from San Diego State. He has worked in the Physical Therapy setting as well as the Health Club setting.

Lisa Fuller

Lisa majored in Exercise Science in College. She worked in the athletic training room with injured athletes. She then worked in a Physical Therapy Clinic where she acquired her license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.  She is also certified as a Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Lisa is also certified in Pilates and has been doing that for 20 years.

Darien is a 2nd Generation Classical Pilates Instructor.

Paula Smith

Paula is a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) and an ACE certified Personal Trainer. As an OT, she helps children with neuromotor,  cognitive and learning differences gain the skills and confidence they need in order to perform the many occupations (activities of daily living) of childhood. As a Personal Trainer, she designs safe and effective exercise programs for individuals seeking to manage chronic conditions, restore function and improve strength and balance.  In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, exploring farmer's market and learning how to live more sustainably.

Sarah O'Donnell

Sarah fell in love with PIlates while serving as an Officer in the Navy but really saw the power of Pilates while utilizing it soley to rehab after bilateral knee surgeries. She left the military and corporate world to pursue her passion for Pilates and help others gain the strength, flexibility and endurance to live their best life. She is Stott Pilates Matwork and Reformer certified and has a Bachelor of Science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Gretchen Johnsrud

Gretchen is a NASM certified Personal Trainer whose passion for fitness is infectious. She earned her BA in Elementary Education and has translated that love of teaching into fitness. Gretchen loves to help her clients to not only meet their fitness goals, but to do things they didn't think they could do in the process. She loves hiking , trail running, cycling and pretty much anything that can be done outdoors. She is also an Indoor Cycling Instructor.
