Class Description:

  • A group indoor cycling fitness program which utilizes visualization, heart rate training, motivational empowerment & music to enhance your physical & mental well-being.
  • Children must be able to fit properly on the bike and be accompanied by a parent.
  • Sign-ups begin 72 hours in advance
  • All classes are 40 minutes unless marked* otherwise
