Exercise / Aerobics
To accommodate the diverse population of our members, the
Airport Health Club offers a variety of group exercise
classes each week. Current trends in fitness, along with
the safety
and well-being of class participants are of primary importance.
The class schedule and descriptions are posted weekly.
The Group Exercise Studio is
a beautiful room featuring skylights, a hardwood sprung
floor to cushion impact,
and state-of-the-art sound system. Use this convenient

The Group Exercise Instructors are
continually educating themselves to keep current with
fitness trends and safety
issues. We have a wide variety of classes available such
as, Step, Latin Cardio, Yogafit, Low Impact, Muscle Conditioning,
Circuit, Pre/Post Natal, Core Conditioning, Spinning,
Flexibility, Pilates, Cardio Kick, Yoga, Tai Chi... the
choice is yours. Classes are available for all levels
of fitness, from our Light
and Easy (popular
with our senior, first time or just returning to exercise,
participants!)
to Extreme Muscle which
is an advanced muscle conditioning class.
If aquatic exercise is your
preference, take the plunge into the pool by taking an
aqua-aerobics class! Specialty
classes
are
offered
from
time to time
based upon current membership needs and availability
of Instructors.
