Q. Can I bring guests to the club?
A. Yes, you may
bring guests to the club. Our standard adult fee is $12.00/day.
Other guest rates for children
and seniors may apply. Each guest is limited to a maximum
of 3 visits per month. We have two free guest days each
month, the second and the last Sunday of the month. Each
membership may bring a total of 3 guests on given day.
Q. Is my initiation fee refundable?
A. New members have 30 days from their join date to receive
a full refund of their initiation fee. After
the 30 day trial period initiation fees are not refundable.
Q. Is my membership transferable?
A. Club memberships are not transferable.
Q. Do you have student membership?
A. We do not have a special membership for students. If
transcripts are provided, we do allow full-time students
to stay on their family membership up to the age of 24.
Q. How do I cancel my membership?
A. In order to cancel your membership the club requires
30-days prior written notice. You may send an email
to memberservices@airportclub.com. You may also fax us a
request at 528-7543, please do not consider your request
processed until you have received confirmation from the
club.
Q. Can I temporarily suspend
my membership?
A. If you are not going
to be using your membership for a minimum of 1 month
we can “Freeze” your
membership. We charge a $15.00/mo freeze fee instead
of your monthly dues. All changes to your account need
to
be done in writing and they need to be received by the
25th of the month in order for them to be effective for
the following month. Please do not consider the request
processed until you get confirmation from the club.
Q. What qualifies as a family
membership?
A. A couple in a spousal relationship residing
at the same address with one or more dependant children
under
the age of 18 can all be on the same membership. Children
18-24 can stay on the family membership as long as they
are a full-time student. At 18, if not a full-time student
the child may transfer on to their own membership with
no enrollment fee.
